သက္ဆိုင္ရာသို႕ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္စည္ပင္သာယာ သိသာေစရန္

မိုးသည္းသည္ႏွင့္ ရန္ကုန္တြင္ ေရလွ်ံေတာ့သည္။ လွ်ံသည္မွ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕လည္ေခါင္တြင္ ဆိုးဆိုး၀ါး၀ါး ေရလွ်ံပါသည္။ ဒီႏွစ္မွ လွ်ံသည္ မဟုတ္ပါ။ ႏွစ္စဥ္ႏွစ္တိုင္း ပံုမွန္ ျဖစ္စဥ္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ထို႕သို႕ ႏွစ္စဥ္ႏွစ္တိုင္း ျဖစ္ေနသည့္ ကိစၥကို သက္ဆိုင္ရာ အေနျဖင့္ အဘယ့္ေၾကာင့္မေျဖရွင္းသနည္း။

တစ္ရက္တစ္ေလ မိုးမ်ားလြန္းသျဖင့္ လွ်ံသည္ကို မေျဖရွင္းေပးသည္ကို လက္ခံ သင့္ေသာ္လည္း မိုးရာသီ တိုင္း ျဖစ္ေနသည့္ ကိစၥကို မေျဖရွင္းေပး၊ မေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္သည္မွာ လြန္လြန္း သည္ဟု ဆိုရပါမည္။ စည္ပင္သာယာသည္ ျပည္သူမ်ားထံမွ အခြန္အခ မ်ားကို ပံုမွန္ေကာက္ခံပါသည္။ ထိုအခြန္အခမ်ားသည္ ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ စည္ပင္ေရးအတြက္ ျပန္လည္ အသံုးခ်ရမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ၿမိဳ႕လည္ေခါင္ ေရလွ်ံျခင္းကို ေျဖရွင္းရာတြင္ စည္ပင္တြင္ လံုးလံုး တာ၀န္ရွိသည္။

ေနာက္တစ္ခ်က္က ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ျပည္သူေတြ သီးခံႏိုင္စြမ္းေတြ ျမင့္မားေနတာလား။ မတတ္သာလို႕ သီးခံေနၾကတာလား။ ေၾကာက္ေနၾကတာလား ဆိုတာ ျပန္လည္ သံုးသပ္ဖို႕ လိုအပ္ေနပါၿပီ။

တစ္ကယ္ေတာ့ ေရလွ်ံသည့္ ကိစၥ၊ အညစ္အေၾကးစြန္ပစ္သည့္ စနစ္မ်ား မေကာင္းသည့္ ကိစၥ၊ ေရေပးေ၀မႈမ်ား အဆင္မေျပသည့္ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ား သည္စည္ပင္သာယာတြင္ အျပည့္အ၀ တာ၀န္ရွိပါသည္။ ထိုကိစၥ ကို ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္ခန္းမေရွ႕တြင္ ဆႏၵေဖာ္ထုတ္သင့္ပါသည္။

ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္စည္ပင္ အေနျဖင့္လည္း လမ္းေဘးတြင္ ကားရပ္ရန္ ကြန္ကရစ္လမ္းမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ေပးျခင္းထက္ အေထက္ပါ အေျခခံ အခက္အခဲမ်ားကို ေျဖရွင္းေပးသင့္ေၾကာင္း ေထာက္ျပအပ္ပါသည္။


As soon as raining season starts, Yangon becomes flooded city. The flood is too bad and it is at the DOWNTOWN. This is not just happening only on this year, also happening for decades.

Why the authorities are not solving the problems that happen for so long?
If it was happen once in a year, it should acceptable. But it is happening every raining season for decades. Don’t you think it is a bit too much? YCDC charges taxes to our citizen to improve our city. Isn’t it? So, this is YCDC duties to take necessary improvement to cover the flood.

We need to think that… Are we overly patient? Are we not capable? Are we afraid to complaint?

Actually this is YCDC sole duties to take necessary arrangement for cover the flood, to improved sewage system and water distribution system. We better show our opinion (demonstrate) in front of YCDC.
